Merry Christmas

Channel 9 early news today reported Al Gore saying, "eat less meat". Gore went on to say in the very lengthy news item that he was not a vegetarian but was eating less meat.

People eating less meat equates to less demand for meat, less meat sold and less profit for many farmers. No matter how much less profit for farmers it may be enough to send many into even deeper financial difficulty, or off the land alltogether.

So how to retaliate to overcome this call that Gore has made and that Ch9 has openly broadcast on free to air television.

News has so much power, an absolute majority of people mostly believing what they hear on the news. And here again, farmers are the victims, blamed for causing damage to the GBR and now looked at as the people with animals causing CO2 and global warming.

I think the best way to overcome this 'eat less meat' news is to focus an Agmates push on Ch9 to now provide equal news time with information of substance toward establishing debate that Gore is wrong. Barnaby Joyce could challenge the Gore statement, especially if he was briefed of other causes of CO2 that Gore has not addressed, such as nutrient pollution algae anaerobic bacteria related methane vents in seabed.

If Ch9 will not be fair and honest by providing such equal time then Agmates could respond by making news type statements for people to consume less product advertised on Channel 9.

Channel 9 is boycotting the plight of Pacific Island people suffering increased malnutrition including anaemia linked to a recent 69% increase in maternal mortality. Ch 9 is boycotting innocent mothers and babied dying unnecessarily off or shores. Ch 9 is boycotting the plight of farmers including impact of unjustified accusation it is farmers damaging the GBR. Ch 9 is not reporting true debate about need or not for a CPRS and an ETS.

Ch9 is reporting one sided news and that situation needs to change. An Agmates promotion to watch less of Ch9 could also be an option.

Gore demanding everyone else become a vegetarian again demonstrates the hypocrisy of the green movement.

Al Gore is such an embarrassment to our country.... sigh. However, he is part of the whole "brainwashing" going on. The animal ID (NAIS here) will effectively cut down on the supply of meat across the board and cause what is left to sky rocket in price. It is DESIGNED to do this. At the same time they are spouting "eat less meat!" - preparing the masses for what is to come? Similarly, our Gov. Huckabee was saying on radio spots just before he left office, signing up for the animal id was the PATRIOTIC thing to do. !!! This basically is telling people that those of us fighting the NAIS are NOT patriots! He also became a CFR member while running for president so do take him too seriously as a "conservative". We quit supporting him after he obviously showed his globalist leanings as governor.

Back to the subject - eat less meat means that Tyson and others that are left to feed *everybody* will be able to do that despite us little guys all being out of the meat producing business even for ourselves. Personally, if the only meat I could eat was from Tyson, I WOULD go vegitarian rather than put money in his pocket or eat his frankenanimals. In our state we are already seeing the independent commercial guys being systematically put out of business despite their going along with the "program" - Tyson, etc. are building huge "compounds" that they own and are telling producers that they no longer need their swine, poultry, etc. so these independent producers are left high and dry with no buyer. At the same time, commercial poultry houses that are still left around us are getting only half of their houses restocked, effectively cutting their income in half. They don't have a choice anymore - they just do what they are told. The cattlemen are headed down the same path to destruction although some of them are starting to wake up and see the light, thank the Lord.

The best thing the world could do where Al Gore is concerned is to LAUGH at him and his statements....
